ReEnergy Capital SCA Sicar is a Partnership limited by shares managed by ReEnergy Management S.à.r.l., a management company owned by the Partners and Sponsors of the “Fund”. The Management Company is paid by entry fees and annual management fees.

ReEnergy Management S.à.r.l. is the Board of ReEnergy Capital SCA Sicar, which is supported, in its investment activities, by Heliopolis as Advisory Company and by a pool of transactions management consultants and specialists.

The custodian bank is Banque de patrimoines prives S.A. Bank Luxembourg.
